I understand in today's real estate market, home buyers and sellers use the internet to do their own research and have become more informed than ever before. My goal is to help those people further expand their knowledge of the market, contract and real estate law, as well as the buying and selling processes. I offer you my time and knowledge I have gained through experience and ongoing education. Anyone can show you a house and pull up listings; in this day and age, you can find just about anything you want to know about a home on the market.
So, why use an agent at all? (I hear that a lot.)
Full time licensed agents work with buying and selling homes everyday. We also keep up on changing market trends as well as changing laws effecting real estate. Contract Law and Real Estate law are required, on-going study for us. By using an agent, you will receive advice throughout the course of your transaction ensuring all parties are acting to the full extent of the contract and making sure deadlines are met. Your real estate agent should be working to coordinate the efforts of all parties involved on your behalf. These are fiduciary duties that are required by the law of agency: Confidentiality, Accounting, Reasonable Care, Loyalty, Obedience, & Disclosure. Most people buying and selling real estate have a full time job and may not have the time and knowledge to keep the processes going effectively and efficiently. That is what I offer to you: Full Time, Full Service real estate, whether buying or selling.
Remember, all agents are independent contractors. Even if we work for the same broker and may have access to the same tools, each individual uses their past experiences, education, and available tools differently creating a unique experience. Make sure you like, trust and respect your agent before you make a commitment. This person should be your valued real estate contact throughout the years. Interview the agent you are considering working with, make sure they exceed your expectations. Vice versa, your agent should be interviewing you as well. The best of business relationships come from all parties enjoying the working arrangements. I encourage you to call me for an interview. If I am not the right agent for you, I can help you find that individual that will best suit your needs.
